In association with J.E. Dunn Construction, this work added upgraded surgery and patient care areas in the four-story Orthopedic and Surgical Tower, as well as a patient and visitor parking deck.
Improvements to the TMC Surgical Services included 14 operating rooms with integrated technology, pediatric surgery area, and cardiac, interventional and cystoscopy rooms. Improvements to the TMC Orthopedic Center included 10 operating rooms, with a new education conference center and meeting room, 40 private patient rooms and acute therapy facilities. This project also widened the hospital loop road, upgraded the campus entryway and constructed Founder's Park.
